Common question for week 25
Why have I started snoring during pregnancy?
Pregnancy hormones swell the nasal passages, and the growing uterus presses on the diaphragm. Nasal strips, side-sleeping and a humidifier help. Loud snoring with daytime sleepiness is worth mentioning to your provider.
Every pregnancy is different. Sizes are averages, symptoms vary widely, and none of this replaces the guidance of your own provider.
