Common question for week 31
What are Kegels and why do them?
Kegels are pelvic floor squeezes — the muscles you use to stop urine midstream. Strengthening them supports the bladder during pregnancy and aids recovery after birth.
Every pregnancy is different. Sizes are averages, symptoms vary widely, and none of this replaces the guidance of your own provider.
